WE RECOMMEND SLOW FIRING SPEEDS IN BOTH BISQUE AND GLAZE WHEN USING ANY CLAY BODY THAT CONTAINS MANGANESE SPECKS DUE TO OFF GASSING. This allows the gasses time to escape properly from the ware. If fired past cone 6, you may experience bloating.
