Ceramics handled with care can outlive us all. Protect your investment by storing your handmade piece in a cool, dry place. Gently clean kitchenware with mild soap and all other ceramics with a damp cloth to remove dust. Avoid scratching, falls, and sudden temperature changes.

Most of our ceramics are microwave and oven-safe. However, please check the product description for specific care instructions, as some pieces with precious metals may require special handling.
While our pieces are microwave and dishwasher-safe, it is recommended to hand-wash your ceramics, to protect the surface from abrasion over time.
We ship to the United States and internationally. We ship to the U.S. with USPS Priority Mail® which includes tracking information and typically takes 3-5 business days. We ship internationally with USPS First-Class Package International Service®, which includes tracking information and typically takes 6-10 business days.
We are committed to sustainability and will always seek to use recycled and recyclable shipping items whenever possible. Most large items will be double-boxed to avoid breakage and all packages have a fragile notice to reduce mishandling.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Khaos Creates gift cards. We also accept cash app at $khaoscreates .
Yes, we offer Khaos Creates Gift Cards in various denominations. They can be purchased directly on our website and are delivered electronically.
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Request returns by contacting us at khaoscreatesmedia@gmail.com. The buyer will have to cover the cost of shipping and be responsible for safely packing the products being returned. All pieces must be received in the condition they were purchased.
EXCEPTIONS
We do not accept returns on discounted items, marked 'final sale', 'seconds' or 'happy accidents'.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at khaoscreatesmedia@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and arrange for a refund if approved.
REPLACEMENTS
Broken pieces will be remade on request at a 10% discount of current full price. A photo of the piece is required when submitting a request. If your piece is a discontinued style we can select a comparable piece to replace it with. Note that it will likely take several weeks for you to get your piece. Please be patient!
Yes, we offer custom orders and personalization options. Please complete our Commissions Request Form , and we will work with you to create a unique piece. Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and our current production schedule.
