Our typical studio hours* are as follows:
 
*If you have a class or event scheduled during a time we are closed to the public, your scheduled event is still running unless we notify you otherwise.

What ages are your classes and events for?

Accepted Answer

Our studio, classes, and most events are designed for adults ages 18+.

Some specialty workshops, such as Parent & Me Pottery (Ages 5-12) or Splatter Paint sessions, are open to ages 6–17 with a participating adult guardian (18+) present at all times. Guests under 18 may attend only with a parent or legal guardian and must have a signed waiver completed by their guardian.

Please note:
In most casses, one adult guardian may supervise a maximum of 2 minors.
Not all classes or events are open to minors.
Adult supervision is required for the entire duration of the event.

Do I need prior art or pottery experience?

Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly and designed to help anyone feel comfortable exploring creativity. If you're advanced, our instructors can help you level up your skills.

Question 5

What should I wear to class?

Accepted Answer

Dress comfortably and avoid loose sleeves or accessories. Loose hair should be tied back and we suggest short nails as longer nails make some of our activities harder to do. Clay and paint may stain fabrics, so please wear something you don’t mind getting messy. Aprons are available but optional.

Question 6

Can I bring food or drinks? BYOB?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You're welcome to bring your own beverages and snacks as long as they’re consumed safely and responsibly. Alcohol is allowed for guests 21 and older are allowed to bring in their own alcoholic beverages (BYOB), provided they drink responsibly in accordance with local and federal law.

Do you offer private events or group bookings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pottery classes (handbuilding and wheel-throwing), splatter paint sessions, and craft workshops can all be booked as private events. Send us an inquiry through our email sales@craftedartclub.com and we’ll help you plan.

Question 8

Do you offer refunds, transfers, or credits for classes or events?

Accepted Answer

All sales and bookings are final. In some cases we may offer a one-time credit or transfer, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Credits and transfers must be used within 30 days of the original event date. After 30 days, the credit expires and can’t be extended. Credits and transfers apply only to the original ticket holder.

Do you allow returns for items in the gift shop or local artist market?

Accepted Answer

All sales are final. Because everything is handmade, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or replacements except in rare cases of confirmed pre-pickup damage

What happens if I’m late?

Accepted Answer
